Can we bring alcohol?

Alcohol is not allowed in the parks and on the beaches. Picnics By Emily is not liable for any fines.

Are pets and children allowed?

Yes! Please bring your little people and furry friends. Ask us about a bark package! Please keep in mind if we need to switch to non-breakables for the littles.

Do you provide food and drinks?

We can! These are not included in the initial pricing for setup and rental but please check out our add ons in the packages tab to learn more!

Cancellation Policy

We do not do refunds but will gladly work with you to reschedule with 48 hour notice within 90 days of your scheduled event.

Bad weather

We will always discuss a contingency plan for an alternate or indoor location beforehand if the weather is not ideal.

We always have a phone call to discuss details and pricing before your event if you have any more questions!

Do you stay during our picnic?

We do not stay during the duration of your picnic, but if you need to leave early or have any questions give us a call or text!

Can we leave whenever we want?

If you would like to leave early just give us a half an hour heads up! You are responsible for your picnic during the reservation time so be sure to let us know before you leave.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better! We are happy to try to accommodate last minute picnics but they will be dependent on availability.
